Anybody have a good website for Ranch Realty?

Looking to buy some property and am curious if anyone has a realtor or website they like to use to locate a ranch. Thanks.

lands of texas is a good starting place, but there is really no substitute for finding a realtor in the area you are looking for that specializes in ranches.

I know of one in your area that is a really good guy - pm me if you want his contact info.

If you are looking for one in the Austin area, there is also a Chance Love fellow that knows a thing or two about deer.

Brady Anders, who is also a member here....http://www.theandersgroup.com/

or Kathy Beckham (Courtney's aunt) is out of Llano and has a lands of texas listing section.....http://www.landsoftexas.com/member/7408

i'm a farm and ranch real estate agent that specializes in South Texas and the hill country.

          check out my website, www.texasranchco.com

If you have questions, feel free to give me a call 210-421-8181

As good as lands of texas is, it isn't a catch all. there is alot of property that is for sale that isn't on the market

Can any of the realtors on here shed some light on to why the property around Bracketville, Rocksprings, and Menard is not very expensive?

The place I am looking at says that electricity, water, and septic are all "readily" available. i guess I should be cautious in this area. Do some research

And it seems in places there is a lot of illegal traffic around Rocksprings and Brackettville. That being said, we had 1150 acres in B'ville and never had any problems. Did get stopped by Border Patrol routinely though.

My dad has had his place in Rocksprings for over 5 years and has never seen illegal traffic. We once lived in Brackett so yes you are close to the border and yes traffic does happen in areas though
