And the first thing to go is the avatar
Congratulations!!
Maybe PM Tuco or search for the photo trip they did this Summer or Fall. I think it was to Big Bend and it was awesome. I have never been but have looked online for info on Fredericksburg and also on the Riverwalk. Both look good.
And if Deb (on GS) still has the bed and Breakfast going that is a slice of her coconut pie in my avatar.

Only other thing you could do is stay in the "haunted" hotel in schulenburg. I know a couple of people that did that as part of a thing like y'all are gonna do. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it though
