Ruined my BiPap - any one with connection ?

Met the dude in San Antonio. Nice kid - walked in chipotle and plugged his machine in and put my mask on it. All worked fine. Got to lease in del rio 3 hrs later and cleaned it up and hooked it up. Kids pressures were like 3 exhale 5 Inhale. Didn't feel like on . I entered the clinical mode with two pushes of the right buttons and changed it to my setting 6 exhale and 11 inhale Slept like a baby. Worked great just got home from great trip. Thanks to google was able to download how to get into clinical mode for any machine and change settings . Sweet

My dad ruined his because of the water when he forgot to empty out the water chamber before he packed it to go out of town all the internals got wet and fried the circuit board

Embarrassingly enough after owning it since Oct. 2004 and packing it a million times this is exactly what happened to mine. Still works fine but make horrific noise even after taking apart several times. Coming from motor - even pulled and oil bearing and sprayed butter flavored Pam on inner blades- taste like popcorn that night . Still had to use earplugs. No matter how hard I tried - I couldn't go to sleep without it.

Mine had over 24,000 hrs on it. One I bought had like 62 hrs on and 18 days total use. Like new !
