Ruined my BiPap - any one with connection ?

Been on my bipap machine since 2004 and have only missed 2 nights without it for Boy Scout camps. Even have ran it with generator. Well I accidentally flooded my machine at deer lease After taking apart and drying it half way works but has some issues now and I'm sleepless

Worse timing ever as today is last day of year I'm not sure if falls under my regular 5000 ded that I've nearly met but that starts over tomorrow. I'm home from lease now and will call ASAP today and see what CPap USA or someone can say Hopefully claim date will make new machine fall under 2012 ded
Anyway.... If not these things like this one are a couple grand -

Seems like someone on here sells these for a living ?

Or anyone have one they got free and never use?

Any help appreciated.....

It was a good trip - saw the two monster axis - both have shed and half regrown
Killed an axis doe and got my 2 of my brother in laws and nephew first deer ever. 11 big animals killed

Howard, you may also want to check and see if you ded has a grace period into the next year....I know mine does.. It is to save someone from reaching max at the end of year then have to turn right back around a pay again 1st of the next year.

I did the same thing back in the summer, rolled over in my sleep and drug mine off the nitestand, flooding the machine. Called the Dr office that I did the sleep study at (they supply my consumables) and told them what happened. They said that I was due for a replacement machine anyway (every 3 years) and I picked it up the same day. My insurance pays 100%, Thank You Lord.......!

Insurance said falls under full ded and I still haven't met by nearly 2k of the 5k. Thought I was closer than that

For one like I have it's 2100. May check for used one. Mine is working fine now but noisy. I took it apart again a few min ago and oiled motor and bearing that spins. Helped some. Hopefully last a while

Definitely look on craigslist. When I got my new one this year I sold my old one(nearly new) on Craigslist for $150. There are usually several listed.

Yeah Wilbur sent me a link to several. I'm sure there are some that people never got used to and are getting rid of. I need a Vpap or bipap though and 99% are CPap No way after using a bipap I could go to a CPap

Are you using one that hydrates the air? I have a couple of fairly new machines that have been slightly used. When I get home I will look and see what they are. I would give one to you if it is one that you can use. I think the two that I don't use don't have a water reservoir.

Not to high jack JT, but what is the purpose of the humidifier? I have a BiPap and I put Distilled water in every night. I thought it was supposed to keep me from getting dry mouth, but it doesn't. Maybe I have it set wrong. Have it on 74 degrees....
