Look up "jerk cord' on google and build one from a cord and bungle cord. Then hook a couple decoys to it and pull it from where you're hidden. Motion in the spread makes it look leb tyre to attract ducks.

Unless your calling us really good, you're better off not hail calling and just doing occasional feeding chucked.

Hunting where birds are flying and being 100% camo and motionless are more portant than decoy spread and calling- in my opinion.
