15 yards between groups. And 10-15' apart on the decoys.

Hang in there. I'd give it another hour and a half. Better to be out there than at home like me.

Don't over call, use the feed call and quack most, and don't blow if they are flying at you.

I'd pull 2-3 dequees from the far edges and place them just off the shoreline right in front of ya between your groups to form a V . Place them about 3-5 feet apart. Others might disagree. But that's what I'd do.

Is the wind left, right, or from your back? Hope it's not into your face from the water.

And the wind was from left to right at first then it switched from right to left.

Look up "jerk cord' on google and build one from a cord and bungle cord. Then hook a couple decoys to it and pull it from where you're hidden. Motion in the spread makes it look leb tyre to attract ducks.

Unless your calling us really good, you're better off not hail calling and just doing occasional feeding chucked.

Hunting where birds are flying and being 100% camo and motionless are more portant than decoy spread and calling- in my opinion.
