was the lid left open? If the lip switch is not made (closed) the washer will not spin. it will fill with water and agitate, but when its time to spin, no go.

lid can be closed and switch still be bad. I removed my lid switch and wired direct. gotta be careful though. tub will not stop spinning if lid is opened.

did timer button get pushed in? try turning the timer knob back to the start of the spin cycle and see if cycle will start over.

Lid switch most likely went out.

so, washer filled with water and stopped? did washer go thru agitate cycle? try going back to first step. tub will not fill with water as the level switches are satisfied. should go into agitate. not much more it could be. Gotta be a simple switch. if it filled with water. did timer time out or did it stop at the spin cycle?

when lid is open, look on the right side of washer. there is a little hole, smaller than a dime. there is a flapper in hole. when lid is closed, a plunger on lid pushed flapper down making switch and starts spin cycle. like the light button on a refrigerator.

timer timed out in the filling water cycle. only one pair of jeans in there and wash set on low tub fill

You can pop the top up pull the two wires off the switch tie the wires together and see if washer starts working. Unplug before you do this
