Catching a fox..

I have a fox runnin around one of my feeders.. He's pushin 40 lbs ad a buddy of mine wants to snag him for his pelt. What are some "baits" you have used with success? Thought maybe canned cat food but that apparently only brings in the coons..

A tuna can might work, drill or poke some little holes and leave it in your trap or snare, it can work for several days since they cannot take out the contain and they always seem atracted by that smell dude

They'll eat anything you put out! They like apples, strawberries, tortillias, bread. We have one that comes to our feeder in the back yard and she eats anything we put out there.

If it is 40 lbs then it is a coyote. Foxes get up to around 15 lbs

thats a big fox if its 40lbs, 40lbs is big for the average coyote

I promise you it isn't a yote. I don't have pics except on my game cams.. So I guess technically its not real. Lol.

Yep, best way to attract foxes or cougars are credit cards lol!

In all actuality, it's probably around 25-30 lbs.. Much smaller than my original 40 lbs, but it's still a big ole fox
