Called Hildebrandt and the number listed on the post above is a non- working number. they still around. Called J&M probably going to take it there. I took a deer there years ago, maybe 6-7 or so and from what I remember it was good. how is their jalapeno cheese? seemed to be fair prices.
mine is already de-boned and in vac seal bags so I am just going to wait until the rush dies down a bit.

They are a great meat market, but I haven't heard good things about there deer processing however I haven't personally used them.
Used them two yrs ago and it wasnt bad experience at all paif 70 dollars to have it processed. Came home with three bags of meat. Overall great experience. Took one week to process because they r so busy. And it tasted great.
