    Silverseal off 2920.
    Great sausage/meat/venison sticks.

    When dropping off:
joke with the old man.. he'll have you rolling.. good people.

    When picking up:
Dont look the old lady directly in the eye.
Do not speak unless spoken to.
Answer the phone when she calls you about your order.
    Pay cash

      J&M - Off Stuebner Airline 281-379-5551

Silverseal - Off a side road just east of Tomball 281-351-6286

I have used both for years!

I have picked up animals from both this season. J&M is more expensive, but I like the sausage from there. Took my aoudad to Silverseal for a different slim jim - had them for a lunch snack today

I had an aoudad done last year at J&M, I'm going to do a taste test on the summer sausage to see which is better....

systemnt hit it on the head with the old man, spent 45 minutes in the parking lot with him last night. And, cash/check only - stayed open for me to run to the store to get cash...

Or you can go up 2978 just south of 1488 to Ainsworth.

They are a great meat market, but I haven't heard good things about there deer processing however I haven't personally used them.

As mentioned, J&M on Stuebner next to Hooks makes great sausage.

do you happen to know how much they charge (standard processing) for whitetail? Also do they vaccum seal the meat?

I just had a doe turned into sausage. It was 200 or so, vacuum sealed two links per package. Not sure what the exact charge is for sealing, but the one they did for me last year was quite a bit less. I had half of it sealed and half not.

Hildebrandts is on Tuwa, off of Dowdell on the north side of 2920.

                        Ainsworth is on 2978.

Takarge - My buck earlier this season was $350 from J&M

I think I remember the price of the vacuum sealing was $22 but I think it is dependent upon how much there is to seal.

I seem to think they charge $6 for their sticks, they are cheaper at Silverseal, but much different flavor too.

I posted their number up above, give them a call.

I suggest getting the sausage "jalepano hot without cheese"

J&M on the east side of Hooks has always been real good and they are good folks.

I tried stopping at J&M a few weeks back on a Saturday morning to check prices and they were closed Question: are they normally open during regular season on Saturday? My wife has probably endured my last home processed deer for this year so if I get one this weekend, I'm gonna need to drop it somewhere. She found a tiny hair on some steak we had the other night and now does not want to eat any more of the doe I processed
