What do you plan on using the rifle for?

Going to build another custom rifle but can't decide on caliber.

The build will consist of the following:

Stiller Predator Action
McMillan McSwirly Stock
Matte Black or Black cerakoted flutted barrel

I have most calibers from 270 Win, 6.5 creedmoor, 243, 223 ect....

I think I want something a little bigger....
Maybe: 300 wsm or 300 WM

6.5x284 Norma would be sweet but it's right there with 270 and 6.5 Creed

What other calibers should I consider?

Lol! It's more of an "I want" thing. The only thing I really shoot with a rifle is pigs. I much prefer to bow hunt. However I do want to go to Africa and rifle hunt unless I can spot and stock with a bow. So a 300 would be nice to have

Can't go wrong withy the 300 winny. Probably my favorite all time cartridge. Nothing in North America it can't handle.
