Deer lease Question??

I hunt in West Texas,and the land owner wants me to kill every deer I see! He has cotton,wheat,and milo.Planted every year.Some of the best dove hunting In the state.About 300 acres of mesquite,and creek bed areas.We've taken 3 really good deer in 10 yrs.(my wife,and I).I swear he'd let me hunt for free,as long as we killed a deer a day.Find a farmer in cotton country.Someone that makes their living farming,and do what you say you're gonna do and you'll be set...The "shopping basket grocery store",in Ballinger has a cork board outside,and it's loaded with farmers wanting to lease.

I am the lease manager for our property. we have approx. 1100 acres (8 hunters) 7 miles west of Fredericksburg Texas. No we don't have 150 inch deer, I told the new hunters if we see a 125 inch buck it will be time to have party. We have a 5 deer limit, we have all the hogs you can shoot, we have plenty of turkeys because of the live water on the place and exotics. We don't see exotics during every hunt but we usually kill 2 to 5 per year. Axis, Sika, and Black buck. The owners provide us with $200.00 of electricity a month and all the great water we can drink. We allow family guest only and they hunt off your tags. I would like to say we are bow only but I have a couple of hunters that are rifle guys. Our lease goes for $2500.00 per year with year round access. Sense I have started hunting this property I have shown it to two new hunters, they both took the spots immediately as did the original hunters. Its preimium dollars for Gillispie county but I guess we think its worth it.
