No we don't have 150 inch deer, I told the new hunters if we see a 125 inch buck it will be time to have party. We have a 5 deer limit, we have all the hogs you can shoot, we have plenty of turkeys because of the live water on the place and exotics. We don't see exotics during every hunt but we usually kill 2 to 5 per year. Axis, Sika, and Black buck. The owners provide us with $200.00 of electricity a month and all the great water we can drink. We allow family guest only and they hunt off your tags. I would like to say we are bow only but I have a couple of hunters that are rifle guys. Our lease goes for $2500.00 per year with year round access. Sense I have started hunting this property I have shown it to two new hunters, they both took the spots immediately as did the original hunters. Its preimium dollars for Gillispie county but I guess we think its worth it.
I want it!! I want it!! I want it!!
