Not sure which "SCENT FREE" item it is that uses this as their slogan but it is exactly what I do

          "FORGET THE WIND, JUST HUNT"

Never worried about it before other than taking a shower if I stink so bad that I can smell myself and have never had any problems

This may sound dumb but it has worked for me. I rub evergreen branches and berries all over my clothes on the way to the stand. Then I step in cow poo to cover the boots. It's the only thing I will ever do again.

I also take the evergreen branch with me to the stand. The only time I have been winded since using this process I had forgot a spit bottle and....... My dumb *** spit on the ground. Ruined my hunt.

Even with an Ozananicafator Bendex 5000 strapped to your neck?
Your statement I have found to be 100% of the time accurate

I do this most of the time^^^^^^ only I have never had any trouble with the spitting on the ground deal. I spit on the ground every time out since I was 15.

I dip grizzly wintergreen so I guess the deer preferred Copenhagen? Lol. In all fairness he might have been watching me and I spooked him with the spitting motion.

I see a lot of people relying on the Wind, that's the technique I use.

What do you do when the wind shifts or when the baramoter rises and there is little to no wind?

If you're using a scent killer spray don't forget to spray down seats peadals and floor mat in your vehicle.I'll usually step in a cow patty on the way to the blind, but not a REAL fresh one.One that's firm but not squisshy.
