        I believe it was "Lip" that first made these and posted them up back when the pop up blinds first came out. A bunch of us made them back then. Snakelover has a post in the DIY section on the ones he was making. LINK

        They are very stable and comfortable.
        This is very similar to the ones I have made. The only difference is my base is made of wood with a wider base due to MY wider base! You can make them as low or as high as you want it. Also, they swivel quietly and are very comfortable.

          I've used this chair for 3 years now. It's quiet and the arms are low so you don't hit it with your bow. Very comfortable.

            I use the folding plastic boat seat mounted on the step stool for my bow box stand, but have always wanted to try one of these for my pop up. You can't always be on level ground and this has tons of adjustments.
