        Triple J in Fredericksburg.... im a little biased since my buddy owns it and i do some skinning for them but if you have never had snack stixs or Cured and smoked....you are missing out!

                Tallent's in Riverside - right outside of Trinity is the only place I will go. Same people there for years and they make the best cajun deer sausage. They only bad thing is that don't accept porkers...

Also when we got back they had given us somebody elses antlers inside one of the boxes. And then on top of all that we had nothing but burger when we paid and asked for steaks to be cut out of the deer. Needless to say we tell everyone we meet that hunts in the area to not go to those jackwagons.
                    Last time I shot a deer worthy of a shoulder mount I tipped the guy skinning deer $20 to move mine to the front of the line. I left with it that night.

                                Juniors in Highlands didn't make the sausage i asked for and was very high i would never use them again
