Probably this /\ but get to the doc and have it checked. And, don't let them rush you into the exam room sit you down and start checking. Take a few minutes to calm yourself--and if the doc says you need BP meds, listen to him/her. High BP is bad for you-whether marginally high for years and years, or just plain high for short periods.

What's going on??
Diet
Heredity
Physical shape and conditioning
Sleep Apnea
etc
etc
etc
The list is long long long and so many variables come into play. If you have a fat rich diet....sugar rich diet...salt rich diet etc etc, it all rolls up into heart health as we age....couple this with next to nil in physical exercise with a HUGE DOSE of mental fatigue and stress, a family history of hypertension = a story heard coast to coast for all men in MODERN DAY AMERICA.
Go get checked.....and I recommend.....get checked every year now. Once you start plugging numbers like that....Doctor, Dentist visits...it doesn't matter....you need to have it all checked.

I work on an ambulance, and if you were my pt and I got
This I wouldn't be too awe fully alarmed. It's not what I would consider extream hypertension or anything. Yes it's a little
High, but I've seen a lot worse. Not saying at all that ya don't need to make a dr appt and see why it's higher than normal, but I don't see this alone as a huge emergency. Any other symptoms? Dizzy, headache, nausea, etc??
