        He may be 18, but I am betting no wider and I still say 17.5". I hunt all over the hill country including the around canyon lake. He is still a dang good deer and will look good on the ground.

          Hopefully get him on the ground an measure him. Have some other deer that will score better but I am a sucker for the wide ones.

                18-19" inside and upper 120's, maybe even low 130's. Nice looking hill country buck.

                            That. ^^^^^ Hill Country Buck. Their tip to tip on there ears aint much. The one i killed last year looked 21" on the cam. He was so far past his ears. He was 17". He'll go about 118.

                            Ive hunted Gillespie County since 2000. I measured a pile of buck tip to tip ear spread. It averages about 12.5-13 inches.
