    How wide - Follow up

I posted before about this buck to ask how wide, but the picture wasn't that great and he was still in velvet. Here is the best one I have now, even though he comes in every day. How wide? If you want to throw score in there too, that is fine.

I'm with Rodeo. Between 18-19. He may break 19 though.

I shot a 17" one time and this one looks wider than that to me. Good deer either way!

                    I'd say around 18, maybe 18.5. Looks like an 8pt, I'd say between 115-120.

I shot one that was almost 21" and this one looks about the same.

A hill country deers ears are generally around 14 wide flat out. This bucks antlers goes up and out so If you shoot him thinking 19 + inches you will be disappointed due to ground shrinkage. I am with Bowhuntertex (who lives in the hill country) and say he is 17 - 17.5.
