Dont burn bridges. Shake there hand and tell them youre not here to do everyone elses job. Be nice to your HR, there going to be nice to you when you need them as a refrence. For your "boss" just give him a high five when you walk past him. Never look back
honest but respectable. Large company HR departments rarely give references anymore... only that you worked for them between X and X dates and if you are eligible for rehire.
