Ok so Sun night some lowlife decided they needed my stuff more than I did out of my pickup. Smashed the window and took my stereo, an electronic set of gauges, and my pistol. Anyway on Craigslist today I find the guy with a pic of my stereo Call the police inform them give them the guys cell and they can do nothing! So now I'm to the point I have the guys number and a pretty good idea where abouts he lives just need an address. I was wondering if anyone here subscribed to one of those reverse phone info look up deals and could pull it for me? If I could give them an address maybe they would go knock on his door I have serial numbers for everything. Thanks

I don't have that reverse phone number deal, but I've typed phone numbers into the google search window and figured out who it was. That might only work on land lines. It's worth a shot though.

Well the lowlife came back last night and broke into my toolbox and cleaned it out! He also made off with a spare key for my truck. I am so mad right now!!!! Already switched the ignition out so at least the truck wont start but whats next the house?

Keep calling the police-the game warden in our area had his duck hunting trailer stolen while in Oklahoma found it on Craigslist setup a buy bust with the locals and got all his stuff back.

Maybe call him, tell him you're interested in what he has for sale, and meet him to "purchase". If he wants to sell he has to give his address or a place to meet.

do this for sure..have him meet you somewhere. Also ask him if he has any other items give examples of other stuff you had taken...If he wont tell you where he lives, follow him when he leaves, you can bet his dumb lazy butt lives within a mile of where he meets you

Just sit up with a shotgun and "PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY"...it's legal to do so...just don't leave him able to testify...that's why they have long magazines on those pump guns...if there is a wiggle...shoot it !!!!!

Did that and had my buddies as well won't return messages. I paid for a phone look up and have his name and address now as well as a report from the detective that my info is correct and he has a DUI. Here's the good part I live in OKC he lives in Warr Acres my police department can't do anything about with out me being 100% its mine (basically buying it back) Told me to try the other department. I called the sheriff more hurry up and wait. If this doesn't pan out I am afraid my friends and relatives from McCurtain county may just show up!

Oh and I have serial numbers as well as proof of purchase on the gun and stereo. And proof of purchase on the Edge but no serial number.
