iphone gurus...restore question

Good news... I strongly suggest a waterproof case. Those phones are so spendy. Lifeproof has never let me down.

x3 on the Lifeproof case.

Although I don't own one. A friend of ours on our last trip had an iPhone in a Lifeproof case. It was in his front pocket on our way back into port. Bays were very choppy and he was socked to his underoos. Dad, who was riding next to him got soaked too. Dad's Windows phone which was in one of his front pockets didn't survive the ride in. He forgot he had it there till it was too late. Now Dad has an iPhone and a Lifeproof case. I chose to go the cheaper route and bought a small phone dry box with a belt clip for my iPhone. I just don't care for cases that totally enclose my phone or add a lot of bulk to my phone but thats just me but they do work!

Mine survived the trip too.
