They probably wont go to an online entry system because it would disqualify those that don't do internet.

Slated for Feb 2014 and it would not disqualify those who do not have access to a computer or the internet. Why would you even state this?

Maybe you could do online applications or mail applications. Wouldn't be that hard although I think Kansas went to online applications only. I may be wrong.

libraries have public internet and people that can help you use them!

The option of being able to get the booklet will still be available just as it is now for many.

drawings being done, call back after 5pm was what i was told right now on the phone

I called a couple of days ago my archery hunts were in the system but not drawn. I called today and the automated system said I hadn't applied for any hunts this year.
