      In the book

Actually your license is a big deal.
If you do not have your Hunters ED. Card no big deal but if you are stopped by a warden They can request ID. It is in the book on page 23.Personal ID

Guys I really didn't mean to, but looks like I knida opened a sour can of worms debate with my unknowing question. I guess some of us take some laws for granted because we follow the law by accident and wouldn't know right part of the law if we were asked. I know I really didn't know the right answer to the question, just follow the law by accident cause I have my license every year.

It is against the law to:

•discharge a firearm on or across a public road or hunt game animals, game birds, exotic animals or fur-bearing animals on public roads.
•hunt any wild animal or wild bird, including exotic animals, on foot or from a vehicle on any public road or road right-of-way, or a boat on public water, except that migratory waterfowl may be hunted from a boat or any floating craft (except a sink box) under certain conditions. (See Migratory Game Bird.)

I know the law, always have. Just stating that a fellow of LO once told me the law but he said if he never knew about it and noone else did and there was reason to be doing it, coyote or hog. Just try to stay off the asphalt.

I grew up in a small east texas town on a farm, everyone knows everybody including GW and LO. Farmers gotta do what they gotta do to keep peace around the farm.
