Does it matter if you're broadheads spin true on your arrows?

One time I was doing roundhouse kicks with Chuck Norris and he said I was kicking so fast that he could hear the wind whistle through my toes.

Chuck Norris is the 100 time baddest dude in the world and can kick your head right off your shoulders.

Years ago Charlie Langston and i were culling broadhead tipped arrows before our Colorado Elk hunt. We were shooting them at 40 yds at the old Baytown Bowhunters Range. Bottom line...if you are happy with broadheads that are not spinning true, and consistantly hitting anywhere from 6" or more at times away from the others at 40 yds...then i guess it does not matter for you.

During that culling session Charlie got me to stand to the side close to the target. He had the idea that they might also be making noise going to the target....they did whistle, or hum for the lack of better words. Charlie calimed that he could tell which ones were the ones not spinning true, said that he could tell a difference in arrow flight as well.

Charlie was 8 time national champion, and he could call his shots with incredible precision.

More than likely the whistling was from the fletching. They make noise with FP's also. I've done the same test.

I have never been able to paper tune any bow that I have owned. When I shoot fixed blade broadheads they shoot 6" to the right and 2" low. I just move my sight to bring them in the bullseye and shoot groups with my field tips. This is probably why I started shooting Grim Reapers.

i would liken it to balancing a wheel on your car. things with rotational movement operated better when balanced. last thing you want is an arrow loping in flight.

It is unfortunate, but G5 WILL NOT step up and make the situation right.

They don't deny what is happening, but it appears they just don't care.

I have taken my business elsewhere and WILL NOT EVER BUY A G5 PRODUCT AGAIN!
