I had my chips altered for my big legs. My legs are 23" and they are great now. I got them off onlinebootstore.com for much cheaper than big stores and altered for $85 I think. They cut in a pie shaped section down the back and added double layered bull hide with a snake bite lining between the layers so even the added sections are snake proof.
