This needs its own thread. Poco rocked it last night !!! Big redfish half shell, make cuts with knife, sprinkle ragin blaze all over , pack with butter, squeeze one half lemon over fish then pack with a lot of mrs pocos pico de gallo!!!!! 30 mins over mesquite! Wow was this the bomb!!!

That was some good redfish..... Nice metting you Poco and all the rest... Maybe Ruby nilla n myself come up and fish with y'all soon .... But I like to Wade so we need to make it a wading trip...
