35 and shoot 70. Was tough at first when I first got into bow hunting but now I think my muscles are trained so I don't even think about it, seems easy actually. Sure I'll drop down some as I get older.

I'm 36 @ 62.5#. I also have a matched set of rotator cuff tears. I might go down to 60 after this season.

My BIL pulls 78#, acts like it makes him some kind of super hero. Yet he can't figure out why my bow is so much sweeter to shoot.

My FIL went from 58# to 53# last season, he said that 5# made all the difference in the world.

I think The Nuge only shoots like 53#, he kills lots of stuff.
