shoulder surgery was not fun. long rehab --but it passes. Im good now I just have to smarter and I had to find out the hard way that macho is overrated....should have figured that out 30 years ago. I was a bouncer in my younger days fighting drunks. Messed it up a couple times rolling on the floor. Those days are gone....thank God. Will be praying your appointment goes well. You sure have to workout and the bow trainer is the best!! take care.

X2 on the shoulder surgery not being fun!!! I had two!! Followed docs orders and it has been good for 7 years now!! Shoot my invasion at 60 lbs and see no need for more!! The bows today are awesome!!!
