My mom had good luck with them, I didn't.
The seller purchased a year for me when I first bought my house.
When the microwave went out they told me it would be 2 weeks before they could get someone out to look at it.
I replaced it myself and told them no when they asked me to renew the policy.Comment

I had a loss due to a toilet leak. Found out too late my insurance didn't cover that type of damage and AHS didn't want to help on the repair of the toilet because I removed the bad part to fix the damage. At 11:00 at night, I did what I had to do to prevent further damage. They wouldn't even talk about resetting the toilet for me. Fired them and the insurance company!Comment
