I'm down 24 lbs since April. Cut all the crud out of my diet, started doing Crossfit 5-6 times a week, and a little help from Advocare. Did my first sprint triathlon on the 1st of this month and doing another one August and September.

down 38lbs and 7" in my waist
down from 30% body fat to 13% body fat - I will continue to loose body fat, but doubt the scale will continue to show a weight loss as I am gaining quite a bit of muscle throughout the process

Im down Probably 15 lbs since the end of May. I cut all sodas, then sweet tea, now I only drink water or unsweat tea. Cut out 99% of fast food (for some reason the Fajita Burrito's and Rosa's still call my name,) and in general started choosing better foods to eat (No fried foods and more fruits and veggies.) I cut my portions way back, you really dont realize how many calories you eat a day until you start tracking them. My exercise level went from non-existant to doing something 7-days a week. Started walking/ jogging in the evenings (3-6 miles a day) and have been hitting the gym, lifting weights, for the past 2 weeks... and no desire to quit.
I am sitting around 196 lbs right now, and I wont be satisfied until I get to atleast 170. After that it will be all maintenance mode from there, and strength training.
