It depends on your definition of "work". It DOES make a difference IF YOU UTILIZE IT CORRECTLY. Playing the scent game is one that takes some serious dedication. Can you put the clothes on and just forget about everything and go hunting? Nope...

    Scent elemination is a process:

Take a shower with the soap, shampoo etc.
Have ALL your clothes (underwear t shirts socks etc) washed and dried with scent free products
Put your hunting clothes in a scent free bag NOT A BLACK TRASH BAG
Keep your boots outside and sprayed down as well
Do not wear your scent free clothes in the truck or on the 4 wheeler to the stand. Change into them once you get to where you're going to walk in.
Don't get all sweaty walking into the stand.
Wipe down with scent free wipes and spray down once you're in the blind.

Will this make you 100% scent free? NOPE, but it will make a difference. I saw deer time and time again last year come in down wind and hit a wall when they smelled me. Sometimes they would just get nervous and come on in, sometimes they would turn and walk away. I didn't have 1 single deer blow at me because they smelled me. If you skip just one of the steps above scentlock will not work. They do help but they don't make you invisible to a deers nose.

Is it worth the time and money? I can't make that call for you, but it is for me. You're gonna get all kinds of answers about it's a scam and it's not worth the money, but those are people that aren't using the entire scent elimination process. If you do it right everytime you will notice the difference.

I use it religously and am a strong believer in it. I will be the first to say that it does not make you dissapear but I do believe that it lowers the amount of odor you give off. I saw a huge difference in how often I got busted and how close deer got to me from day 1 of using carbon lined clothing. Before and after using carbon clothes I still washed both myself and clothes in No scent soaps, shampoos, and detergents. Store in scent lock bag, and I do not get dressed in camo until I am heading into the field. (dont wear in truck, house, camp, etc...) I see and kill more deer than the guys I hunt with.
I am not a big gimic guy but I am a believer in it. I do also believe that it looses its effectiveness the more you use it.
Do you need it to kill deer? No.
Even if it does not work any better than another kind of camo, the clothes themselves are well design and very comfortable to sit, stand, stalk in. I love the stuff.

It's a whole process and routine kind of like diet and excersize, one won't work as effective without the other
