There is only one way to get it's cape off. Only one way...
Pull it out of the freezer and soak it. You can use milk or Italian Dressing. Cook it hot and fast.
2nd Year I snuck it into meals at camp everyone turned to the dark side.

I could go on for an hour about Collared Peccarys. All the kidding I got pushed me to research them. Spent a number of hours in our main library. They have done a good bit of research on them, but as of 10 years ago there were still questions.

I don't think I could try one just because of the smell. They are cool animals, but I don't think I'll ever eat one.

We grilled some, not bad but not good either. A lot of other good things to grill and eat .
