I went to drive around and check my stand tonight, and saw 3 bucks I've never seen before. Horns are still coming in, but they look good! I'm pretty excited, because this is a spot I didn't even bother hunting much last year.
One of the bucks had his tongue literally flopping below his chin. I tried to look him over really good through my bino's, but couldn't see any sign of an injury. Is that something that could be the result of a disease, or does he just have an injury I couldn't see?
