The traffic in Keller is sickening.....there are no green lights, only red.....and there's one of those every 30 feet.

Oh and I went to Keller schools, and I think they SUCK!
I agree with the influx of people coming in to Keller, but my daughter loves it there so that's where I am keeping here.

I travel alot, so I don't deal with the traffic much, but I agree that 1709 is crap now. I remember 4 years ago, it only took me 25 min to get to Lake Grapevine. Now it's an hour because of traffic.

Also, I guess technically we are in City of Fort Worth, but Keller ISD. 76244 used to be listed as Keller, now it shows Fort Worth.

        +1 for Burleson.
Although I'd also recommend the outskirts of benbrook (like on the way to granbury) or willow park/aledo area.

Saginaw, Rhome or Haslet are all pretty nice places.

I live in Weatherford now. Love it. Still has the small town feel, and its growing fast. Easy commute to Down town.

                      THIS.

I am up North of FW in Keller, but I would still choose one of the areas to the West.

^ this along with Burleson which is south like some of the other guys have mentioned. West of the metroplex is becoming really nice and Burleson and/or some parts of Crowley would be the only place south I would consider nice (with the exception of a couple neighborhoods). Now north of Fort Worth is really nice, Keller, Grapevine, Southlake, Roanoke, etc., but your commute to downtown would be lengthy if you worked a normal hour job.
