What are you looking for? A small slice of land on the out skirts, a newer development or an older home in a quiet neighborhood?

If I wanted to be in an established older neighborhood in the middle of town I would look in the TCU area or the nearby Tanglewood neighborhood. Pricey but nice.

        Thanks
Now 30-minutes commute, it depends, what time of the day you want to drive it. Me, I live in Arlington and if I was to leave my house between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., it might take me longer than 30-minutes, but lets say 9:00 a.m., its about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Fort Worth.

        Keep on smiling....

If you like high taxes and utilities move to Southlake, my water bill was 745.00 last month. I live on 4 acres and about 1 1/2 is irrigated, put out a bunch of sod because my yard looked like a cow pasture from last years draught, had to water it a bunch to keep it alive, need a well ! Seriously, it is a nice area and close to everything, good luck.

Weatherford is a very nice town. I live in a small subdivision several miles out of town. It has the small town country atmosphere but still has all of the restaurants, shopping, etc....that one needs.

                        My two cents
I live in Weatherford but do home inspections so I see lots of neighborhoods. Aledo is just west Fort Worth in a few years with higher taxes.
With the 30 min travel restriction time of day will effect your travel.
Annetta, Willow Park, Weatherford are all nice places out of the rat race.
Hurst, NRH are nice but the traffic stinks
                        Good luck

Another vote for the Weatherford or surrounding area. When you get up here let us know and us Parker Co. boys will have a gtg.
