I'm doing what a lot of TBH's are doing this morning - looking at all the posts by Brad and just thinking how tragic this is.

God Bless Brad and his family and friends. God bless TBH.com.

Hope this reminder that God has given us is heeded by all that read this. Life is short - live it, love it, & love others...

Furthermore, as a new father to a son....that's the way I've been thinking of this a lot today. Even though he was just a few years younger than me, as I've read things about Brad all day....I havn't been able to get out of my mind that "If I could just raise my son to be like THAT....I'd be more proud than I could ever have hoped".
Absolutely... I'm right there with you on this Dale. Hagen is only 14 months and I've had a hard time taking my eyes off of him in recent days. I couldn't imagine losing him, but if I can raise him to have such a profound impact on people's lives and to live his as Brad did with such joy and love for others... Then I've done my job as a parent in a way that I only imagined possible until this tragic event took place!

This thread speaks volumes about Brads family! They're the ones who molded him into the man so dearly missed by many!

Only met Brad once-at Shinerbock's sausage making earlier this year. Wish I could have been one of the lucky ones blessed to spend more time around him. RIP Concho Man.

X2. And I did not have the pleasure of knowing him.

It is crazy how someone that you never met, but have only spoken to, can have such an impact on you. The Good Lord must have needed him more than this earth did.

Rest In Peace, Brother! Go with God!

i was doing that yesterday, reminded me once again that the Lord has a plan and it is not of our own.

No one knows about that day or hour

Never had the pleasure of meeting Brad, but it sounds like the good Lord took the life of one great man to save many others, and give them the life that he so loved.

                      RIP

I am truly amazed at the number of threads for Brad. I guess you never really know how many were inspired by your life until after you have passed. He did it right to have so many mourn his loss.

I was listening to 1300 The Zone (sports talk radio) here in Austin on my way to work this morning and they talked about Brad's death a little and encouraged any parents listening to educate themselves so they can educate their kids about properly hydrating.

Just thought I would share that other people are getting the word out and complete strangers are trump to make something positive happen out of this tragedy.
