I'm so allergic to that stuff that its almost like if its floating around in the air I can get it, and then when I do, its a steroid shot at the Dr's office for sure after that. Spreads like wildfire on me.

^^This^^ I don't think it's poison oak or poison ivy. Looks more like a woody shrub than a vine. Having said that, I wouldn't take any chances until you know for sure.

Get some gloves and pull it out and throw it in the trash can for safe measures.

I not it is not poison ivy. Don't think it oak but want other opinions. It has a thick truck from the ground to the leaves. I didn't think poison oak had that.

Looks very much like it, that is my educated guess from the picture. Skunkbush is also tri-foliate and has a red stem like that when younger. It is a woody plant as it matures. If it is skunkbush it is very good wildlife forage. Deer love the high protein in the leaves and turkey use the small fruit when it does produce.

The vacant lot next door was full of it and it does cause me the itches. I call it poison ivy and it has the 3 leaves and the vine stems have the little legs that attach to the tree/shrub it's climbing. However, it does respond to brush and stump killer, and I've largely eliminated it from the lot.
