I don't have a favorite and several are good at different times or different applications. As far as Tabasco, I like some of their flavored sauces like the Habanero or Garlic.

Depends. Tabasco for things like soup and chilli, Louisiana for popcorn and Sirachi for burgers, hot dogs and a bunch of other things.
