best store hot sauce?

I like this thread and I'm a huge fan of hot sauces... heck, I have a dedicated shelf in the fridge at the house. Here at work these are my 2 go-to's. Both have great flavor... that San Pedro's will give your tongue a little spanking though... but dang its tastey!

I really love all the Lousianas too (Original Louisiana, Red Devil, Franks, Crystals, Texas Pete, Louisiana Gold) but since I've started using these 2 a while back, the Lousianas don't cut it in the heat department.

Tabasco tastes like straight vinegar to me. I prefer Louisiana or Cholula.

I agree with Tubby here. I can't figure out why Texas restaurants never have it... just Tabasco brand. I wouldn't have survived 5 years of Navy food without generous portions of One Drop! Its not hot by my standards... just a flavor enhancer like katsup.

I agree but we didn't have the "One Drop", Texas Pete or Tabasco is all we had in the galley. Texas Pete helped me choke down that chow.

These are a must. Try Dave's when you need something with a kick. It is by far the hottest sauce I've tried.
