Paying for college sucks......

I am not looking foward to what it is going to cost me when the Gremlin gets in college. Just paying for my stuff is cutting into all our play money big time. It is crazy that a college can tack on fees for things your are not going to have time to use. Sorry just needed to vent.

Bingo....good job dad....glad to hear you are not complaining. Life is tough and expensive. You gotta admit it sure is better than being born a corn stealing coon. :-)

Chicken feed, fellows. We had 8 kids and 6 went to college, often 2-3 at the same time.

Look at the bright side. You could always be paying for rehab or hospital bills or a funeral.

I have spent $8000 for two classes at a community college for me just trying to get certifications. I am scared to see what the prices will be in 16 years. I know some of you are paying for it now. I couldn't imagine paying for two in college at once.

I have one that graduated this year from Texas Tech and the second one is now a nursing student at Tarleton……yes IT IS a chunk of money……but it's all good, I am very proud of both of them
