One thing to check, I believe that CO has a state income tax and although the money may look good up front, how will it look against what you are making now without a state income tax. Gauranteed the cost of living in CO in most places will be higher than here in TX. Better add it up to make sure is is a vialbe move money wise. With that being said, I would probably move in a heartbeat!

I have been roughnecking for 3 years.

What I will be doing is a project manager for right of way agents. I do have special skills in this field I have taken over 200 hrs of classes on my days off to train for a job like this.
