    Bug/mesquitoe spray vs hunting question

Hog hunting in the spring where I hunt can be good, but the mesquitoes are bad. I try and always use an unscented spray, but even then, I think the hogs can still smell it easy and get spooked. I've noticed a drop off in activity in seeing deer and hogs anytime I use Off, or other similar sprays. U guys recommend anything? Other than paying extra close attention to wind, I'm not sure if there's anything else you can do.

I keep a thermacell in each of my packs, both trucks and the boat. If stalking, two of them on your belt will keep the skeeters down - Hogs don't smell them.

Discs are coated in chemicals. Discs are heated by butane element which releases the chemical into the air.
Chemicals kick the @sses of all mosquitos and flying bugs in the area.

If you need testimonials .. search THERMACELL on here..
you will not find a single bad review.

It's a little thing that takes butane canisters and insect repellant pads. You just hit a button a few times to light it, and the vapor that comes off the pads keeps skeeters at bay. And it WORKS. I have found that the pads last about 5 hours (replace when they turn completely white) and the canisters probably last 15.

Yep - Butane flame heats allethrin on pads. The allethrin being released makes the 'skeeters stay away.
