What Area was the deer in He Missed? I do remember the Deer the Lady Killed 2yrs after we Left. I had that deer on Video Back when we Hunted it. I seen Two very big Deer on the ranch the second yr we hunted it but, then we went through a Bad drought and I believe that a lot of the older deer Died because we did not see many mature deer our 3rd or 4th season. I did shoot a deer with 4 tines over 13ins due to pier pressure from My Dad but, never did get to take a true Trophy for that Country. I still Believe it is like winning the lottery to kill a Big deer out there but, It does happen

My favorite Spot on the whole ranch was the 4way on the water line By the Middle Tank north east of Camp

I killed a deer there....that buck was at the wrong place at the wrong time i had enough tags to make a decent bonfire

Was That Big lion Still Hanging out at the Old Back Windmill. I seen his track pretty Much Every Trip between the New Dry Tank or the old Windmill Trough. I would have done anything for a Trail Camera Back Then. What Caught My attention was the Picture of the Small Yuka Looking Plants you took. I remember that you could not even walk across some of those hills in the back because they were so thick.

Yeah we had a Many of Tags go to waste Back Then Too. The First Lease we ever Hunted was 6miles east of that ranch back in 89 and to this day was the Best hunt of My Life in Mexico.

William has it figured out...I too have learned. Someone whiffs a shot and it's instant sobriety for Farmdog.

The big bulls are Blue Ben. Load Zac and Heath and we can find one this weekend.I wont throw the binoculars at you. If you miss we will find another then another just work the rifle

everyone's favorite hunt is the Antelope hunt. You deserve the bluest bull on the ranch. He is in the same CRP pasture where you stalked that bull so close you were going to kill him the old way
