Just finished reading book 3. Had to be my favorite so far and the most entertaining book I have ever read. I heard season 3 tv series will cover about half the book. Makes since, lots of stuff went down in book 3. I'm trying to hold off reading book 4 for a while. Maybe till after deer season, I have plenty of bow hunting mags, and hunting prep to keep me busy for now. But, I don't know, its going to be very hard.

Haven't seen the show, actually never heard of it until earlier today when I heard about the guy who makes it going off on his political blog. Sounds interesting though.

I watched seasons 1 and 2. Freakin' love it. The characters aren't just simply one-dimentional, the dialogue, especially from the "Imp" is really good. Season 3 will take forever to get here.

Having read the books, don't fall in love with any characters. Martin seems to get bored with them quickly...

Excellent series. It and Homeland are my top never-miss shows. Followed by Falling Skies.
My favorite object of desire is Talisa, played by Oona Chaplin.

Yea - I'm learning that. I had a red wedding hangover.
