Its a dry heat in the summer so you don't sweat alot....but the strip walks will require some H20. I like it in the winter personally. And of all the places I have stayed...I enjoy Ceasers Palace the most for what they have in house at all times. If you want to see famous people ..I have seen the most at the Wynn. (though not that I cared to see them).

We went week after New Years and it was great!

Any time between Jan 1st and Dec 31st.
I was there earlier this week and there was an unbelievable wind/dust storm Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday, though, was perfect. It's kind of like Texas; Spring and Fall are the best, but there really isn't a bad time. It's always comfortable in the casinos.

Also what happens in Vegas doesn;t stay in Vegas. Fallon's expected to be here June 15th!

Better than the shot show the following week is the Las Vegas National indoor shoot and all the archery venders are in town. I have lived in Vegas for the last year. I would have to say the time of year depends on what you are planing on doing while you are in town. if you are going to stay on the stip and don't care too much about the weather then the winter is the best time to be here. If you are looking to partake in the outdoors i would say spring or fall. Right now the weather is great, but NASCAR is in town.
