my wife and I sure like spring and fall. if you can avoid typical holidays as its too crowded for us..... Another tip...stay at Donald Trumps hotel. Its right across from the Wynn and major fun areas. We stay at the Wynn and love it but walked across the street and took a look at Trumps....NICE and was only a 100 bucks. and what we like
TRUMPs is smoke free!!! and of course super nice!!!!
have fun....we sure enjoy a lot of the shows and dining!! We also took the helicopter ride that goes the Grand Canyon to the Sky Walk on indian reservation where you walk out on glass over the Grand Canyon...you won't believe how cool that is!!.....Amazing!!!
have fun!!!

got back last week stayed at the Aria, nice hotel room is super nice w werent in a suite but werent in the lowest room and everything was automatic, can control the room from remote or bedside closck such as opening blinds, turning on all lights, dimming etc, alarm clock set to open blinds turn on espn says your name that kinda stuff (i thought it was cool lol) decent time of year it wasnt hot , pools are heatedd so ccan still jump in, the trump hotel was nice, no casino though right? agree on bus pass, we did cabs first 2 days and its high. but tok us to old vegas and it wa cool to see the light show. also say do the grand canyon. spend 2 nights there. one day beautiful red rock, the next we woke up to snowa few inches of snow outside , snowed all day made for beautifule pictures of the canyon. and saw a few elk (no bulls though)

Go when the NFR is in town (December). The whole feel of the town is different...All American good ol boys everywhere instead of California gang trash. You don't even have to have tickets because some of the hotels show it on closed circuit TV (NFR is one of the toughest tickets in town to get) If you want tickets put a sign on your cowboy hat "need NFR tickets" and you may get lucky...thats how I have always gotten my tickets...Plus Cowboy Christmas is great shopping...Last edited by cosmiccowboy; 03-10-2012, 02:50 PM.
