    50 pushups every hour

    It's time to start getting in shape TBH!

    Summer is coming and no one wants to see those brilliant white jelly rolls!

    50 pushups every hour starting at 6 am and ending at 6 pm.

    Anyone want to join on a new exercise everyday?

        Great idea.....I don't think 50 every hour will work for me, but doing 50 in the morning, and 50 in the evening is a plan that will work for me, to start out with.

              It would take me an hour to do the first 50. When would I have time to eat cookies?

              I would love to see the look on the idiots in my work area if I just dropped and did 50 pushups every hour. They already think I am crazy.

                    I doubt you'll be able to maintain that for more than a couple of days....the law of progressive overload says so. If you do, you're twice the man that I am. Good luck.

                        Isometrics would be pushing against an object that does not move. Pretty interesting stuff and definitely has it's place, especially if you're a powerlifter/oly lifter or something similar.
