        Def, dont think I could be in the plant and get down and do 50. I think in the morning and night would be a good one though. But I'm with you, Its time to get back into shape, engagement pictures are coming up soon and summer is here.

          1 exercise isn't going to get you in shape--no matter how many reps you do. Need a balanced mixed program, and possibly most of all, staying away from the all-you-can-eat buffets and MacD's.

            I do 150 pushups (in sets of 25) three days a week. It took me close to a year to build up to that! - 50 per hour all day long? No way I could do it - makes me tired just thinking about it!

              Just feed your muscles properly and you will have no problem. Working out with your own body weight shouldn't overload. I work out my chest almost everyday, you just can load up on weights. Push ups, sit ups, pull ups can be done everyday.

                    I will also run 3 miles and go to te gym tonight.

                    These pushups are just to break up the monotomy of the work day.

                        It might be possible for some but not me. It usually takes me at least 4 days recovery before I go back at a body part. Every person was built different and over years things change. Find something and do it is my best advice

                              What if it takes you an hour to do 50 push ups... then your going to spend your entire day doing push ups.....
                              not very productive if you ask me....

                                I'm about to start my push up process again.... I did the "2 minute on, 30 off" for 10 minutes and the card workout mixed with situps for a long time....

                                But paired with a good lift in the gym, you can make a big difference
