Why CHL?

As long as they don't have the 51% sign posted you can carry from what I remeber. I would never leave it in my car. If it is stolen and used in a crime you are liable. Another reason why I was reluctant to register.

So if you carry in your vehicle console without a CHL or at home and it is stolen you aren't liable? I just as well sell all of my guns since someone may steal them.

Why not. If you can qualify to have it you should. I feel that if every American that is capable of having it should. You have a right to protect yourself.
