    When we have ours I get a rotisserie chicken and debone it and use carcass, skin and fat and boil up good for a broth and put vegetables in it too, strain it and it is clear liquid and taste great for day prior so you aren't starving which for me is the worst part the actual prep normally goes fast......

            Be sure and take a good probiotic regimen after flushing out. That solution destroys every good gut bacteria you have. Need to replenish asap.

                      The last thing I remember was the anesthesiologist saying breath deep 2 times. I woke up 45 minutes later to a nurse asking if I wanted some apple juice.
                      Had a big greasy cheeseburger at Mikes in Dayton for lunch today. I’m on the mend.

                        I had enough of them to just accept it’s gonna be one really crappy evening. I worry more about what the Dr finds.
